The Women of Olympus is a personal project that I developed as a series, that consists of 19 women, demigods and goddesses. My reinterpretation of these brave women stems from a new awareness about feminism and the role of women in society. The archetypes of the Greek goddesses have permeated our collective unconscious for centuries. Reviewing the myths is stimulating: on the one hand they illuminate on issues that never lose their validity, but at the same time they have indoctrinated (both men and women) on behavior and roles, mostly violent and macho. Here, my claim for them. Enjoy!

Las Mujeres del Olimpo es un proyecto personal que desarrollé como serie, y está integrada por 19 mujeres, semidiosas y diosas. Mi reinterpretación de estas mujeres bravas nace de una nueva consciencia sobre el feminismo y el rol de la mujer en la sociedad. Los arquetipos de las diosas griegas han impregnado nuestro inconsciente colectivo por siglos. Revisar los mitos es estimulante: por un lado iluminan sobre temas que nunca pierden vigencia, pero a la vez han adoctrinado (tanto a hombres como mujeres) sobre formas de comportamiento y roles, la mayoría de las veces violentos y machistas. Aquí, mi reivindicación para ellas. ¡Que las disfruten!
